Since last November we have been struggling with a dysfunctional website. The platform we were using was not able to see the interface for Fedex or the United States Postal Service and provide real-time shipping quotes. I decided to offer free shipping in the United States but that did nothing to alleviate the problem for our many customers residing in other parts of the world. Some of you called and complained, rightfully so, and I took care of you. For those that were frustrated and left, I apologize. All is well now, with many shipping options to any destination worldwide.
I want to thank all of you who have done business with us in the past and those of you who will make purchases from us in the future. Without you we would not be here today and we certainly would not be here for the long haul. I hope you enjoy the new features the website has to offer and my efforts at blogging. I'll be tackling the newletter very soon as well so sign up if you want the latest news from the CablePro.
I'm looking forward to talking a bit about the two new product lines we are showing for the first time on this site. We got a rave review from Frank Alles of Stereo Times regarding several of the Vitality products. I'll post that review very soon. Until then feel free to explore all the new goodies along with our new look. I'm happy to say that we will still be giving you the same old customer service...friendly, concise, and correct.
