Reverie speaker cable is hand-built from the ground up to protect the audio signal from noise and resonances that are internally generated or come from external sources. Our custom conductor material, the unique configuration of the cable, and the inert environment it occupies, all lead to the revelatory listening experience Reverie offers.
Physically, Reverie speaker cable is incredibly compact, only 7/16" (12mm) in diameter, and offers a level of flexiblity that is quite unusual in a reference grade speaker cable. Four 16 gauge conductors are woven in a proprietary configuration that provides several benefits. It enhances the ability of the custom made conductors to reject all types of noise while allowing them, as well as the insulating material, to move without being damaged. This ensures that your Reverie speaker cable will maintain peak performance for a lifetime of listening pleasure.
Each conductor uses an exceptionally pure version of oxygen free copper that has very few crystal boundaries. Each conductor is made up of 550 individually insulated strands. Each strand is 44 gauge in size. Each strand is isolated from the others so there is no strand interaction. The incredibly small size of the individual conductors allows all signals in the audio bandwidth to pass through the cable in phase. In other words, all signals, at all frequencies, pass through the cable in the same time frame. The result is a highly detailed presentation that is very dense, very present, yet remains beautifully musical.
