If you've ever setup a subwoofer you know how hard it is to get everything to sound the way it should. That problem is now solved. The DSPeaker Anti-Mode 8033 listens to your subwoofer and automatically equalizes it to eliminate resonances caused by the environment itself.

A typical listening room resonates in the low frequencies. Because of this, even the best subwoofer may not sound right. Much of the low frequency information is obscured by these resonances. Boom, lack of finesse, and poor integration with the main speakers are the result.

The Golden Ear awarded Anti-Mode™ technology eliminates the resonances of the speaker and the room by equalizing both amplitude and time domain responses using very accurate digital signal processing. After calibrating your setup with DSPeaker's Anti-Mode 8033 you'll hear fast, clean, pitch correct bass right down to the limit of your subwoofers response. There are also two additional user-selectable functions that allow you to add bass boost at 25hz or 35hz.

The Anti-Mode™ 8033 is so simple to operate that the critical use information is printed on the back of the unit! Of course you get an owner's manual with more detail but the calibration is process is exceptionally easy, it's completely automatic.

Both Anti-Mode™ 8033 units use regular RCA input and output connectors so they are compatible with the vast majority of home audio components. You just take the output signal that has been feeding your powered sub, and connect it to the Anti-Mode 8033. Take the output from the Anti-Mode 8033 and feed it into the powered subwoofer and you're almost done. Just plug the included microphone into the jack on the front panel, place the microphone in the listening position, press 2 butttons for 3 seconds, and your subwoofer(s) will be perfectly calibrated in just a few short minutes.

There are two model of DSPeaker's 8033 Anti-Mode. The 8033C is for mono subwoofer systems and the 8033S is for stereo subwoofer setups. Only the 8033S is designed to work in the car. Both units include the 9 volt AC power supply.
