Placing
Your First Order
Placing
an order is simple. By placing your first order an account
will be automatically created. You’ll be able to refer to your account
to reorder or just to keep tabs on the items you’ve selected.
Some
items we offer have different warranty and return policies than
Cable
Pro’s own products. Please be sure to review the information for each product and the policies that apply to that item.
Finding
Cable Items
On the homepage you
can view a sidebar on the left sidebar that links you to the All Cable Products
page, which shows all of the cable products. By clicking on the thumbnails in
one of the groups you can go specifically to that product. You can also locate
specific groups of cable products by clicking directly on that category in the
left sidebar.
Finding
Accessory Items
On the homepage you
can view a sidebar on the left sidebar that links you to the All Accessory
Products page, which shows all of the accessory products. By clicking on the
thumbnails in one of the groups you can go specifically to that product.
Finding Connector Items
On the homepage you can view a sidebar on the left
sidebar that links you to the All Connector Products page, which shows all of
the connector products. By clicking on the thumbnails in one of the groups you
can go specifically to that product.
Search
For Items
Each
page also contains a search box where you can enter keywords to
find
a specific item or groups of items that correspond to the entry you’ve
made in the search box.
By following the links you will arrive at the detail page for
the item you would like to purchase. The detail page contains a larger image
along with pricing information and options that may be available. You can also
access an even larger image with by clicking directly on the image in the
product detail page.
Adding
Speaker Cables To Your Shopping Cart
Speakers
cables may be ordered in various quantities depending on your
needs.
All speaker cables have the same stock termination, which is included
in the price of the cable. Stock termination consists of silver-plated copper
pins, or silver-plated copper lugs, and a complete heat shrink set.
Each detail page for speaker cables lists the configurations available for
that product.
Step
1:
Select
the configuration you need, (standard single cable, standard
pair
of cables, biwire single cable, biwire pair of cables, etc.), this
will take you to the detail page that corresponds to your selection and display
the appropriate price. The default setting is always a single standard cable.
Step
2:
Select
the length of cable you need.
Step
3:
Select
the type of connectors you need from the drop down boxes or
from the right sidebar (upgrades). For
stock termination, one drop down box is for input connectors, one is for output
connectors.
Remember, input and output connections may be different
depending on your gear, select appropriately.
Step
4:
Select
your upgraded connectors from the right sidebar if you want to
take
the performance up a notch. When you select your upgrades make sure
you specify where they will be located (input, output, or all
connections)
on the cable. Upgrade prices are added to the price of the
cables. Some upgrades have a termination fee included in the price
of
the upgrade.
Step
5:
Ready
to order? Select add to cart, to put items in your shopping
cart. To remove items, click once in the remove box and that
item will taken out of the cart when you click the update cart button..
Step
6:
If
you need more than a single cable or a pair of cables you can make
that adjustment in the shopping cart by entering the quantity
you need and clicking on update cart button. The shopping cart will
automatically
update the quantity and the price.
Step
7:
At
this time all items are shipped through the U.S. Post Office. Use
the shipping drop down box to select the method of shipment
you prefer. Your shipping and handling charges will be calculated
automatically.

8:
If

balanced (XLR connectors), this will take you to the detail
page that corresponds to your selection and display the appropriate price. The
default for audio interconnect is a single pair of cables with
the connector specified on the detail page. You can order cables as
singles as well.

Select
the length of cable you need.

Select
the type of connectors you need from the drop down boxes or

Cable Return Policy
Any
cable product manufactured by Cable Pro may be returned within one year of the
purchase date. The product must be in mint condition. You will receive a full
refund of your purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges. This
applies to stock configurations of cables. Custom configured cables are special
orders and must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a
full refund, minus shipping and handling charges.
All other products
made by Cable Pro or other manufacturers must be unused and returned
within 30 days to receive a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping
and handling. Crystal Clear Contact Cleaner and Enhancer is the only exception
to this policy. Just return the unused portion of Crystal Contact Cleaner and
Enhancer within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund your purchase price,
minus shipping and handling.
Cable Pro Warranty
Cable
Pro products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of 10 years. Should you experience any difficulties with your cable
purchase please email us with a description of the problem and we’ll contact
you with 24 hours with a resolution to the problem. We will repair or replace
your damaged cable during the 10 year warranty period.
