After 30 days from the original purchase date any CablePro product that is not functioning to your satisfaction may be sent back to our facility for warranty repair or replacement at our discretion. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. If CablePro determines that the item qualifies for repair or replacement CablePro will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The decision to repair or replace an item is entirely at our discretion. If a product has been damaged due to negligence there will be a charge for repair or replacement. We will contact you and inform you of any charges that may result before we proceed.

After 30 days from the original purchase date any item not manufactured and sold under the CablePro name must be sent back to the manufacturer of the product for any warranty repairs or replacement. We do not build these products, nor can we speak for the manufacturers. However, we do our best to select reputable suppliers who stand behind their products.
