Any CablePro product may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund minus shipping costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the product is not in the same condition in which you received it there may be a restocking fee.

Products that are damaged or defective that were purchased more than 30 days ago may be sent back to our facility for warranty repair/replacement at our discretion. Shipping costs for the return of the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. If CablePro determines that the item qualifies for repair or replacement CablePro will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The decision to repair or replace an item is entirely at our discretion. If a product has been damaged due to negligence there will be a charge for repair or replacement. We will contact you and inform you of any charges that may result before we proceed.

After 30 days from the original purchase date any item not manufactured and sold under the CablePro name must be sent back to the manufacturer of the product for any warranty repairs or replacement. We do not build these products, nor can we speak for the manufacturers. However, we do our best to select reputable suppliers who stand behind their products.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
