Hey Ted,

I just posted this same review on the Reverie power cord page. Since I've only used the two of them together I thought that appropriate. Ted, I was so excited to receive my Revelation Power Strips and Reverie Power Cables. I love them both. I've done a little bit of A/B testing with my old power strip, it was decent but nothing special. I also compared the Revelation power strip to plugging straight into the wall. I know that's not your main competition but right away the differences were apparent. I should also mention that my experience with other power products costing far more has produced nothing but compromised performance and disappointment. Now my stereo system is able to resolve more detail and play more dynamically, stereo imaging has improved, the ability to hear separate elements is wonderful. I can follow the bass lines, distinguish all the dynamics of a synth swell, or guitar feedback, I hear all the instruments playing a tutti part, like a glockenspiel with a plucked guitar that I never noticed before. I've begun to notice things like the length of reverb and even what kind of reverb was used on vocals of some records I've been listening to forever. The increased dynamics on the album version of the Beatles "Let It Be" had me literally jumping up and down in my seat today. It's like it's new music. It's like some beautiful object has had all the grime and muck gently removed to reveal just how much color and detail has been there all along.

Also, the cables and the strips look really, really cool.

Hi Ted,
I received the shipping notification for the second Revelation. Thanks. Yes, the first is working out quite well. Actually, it never made it to my audio system. My plan was to use it for a time in our modest home theater system (which includes a TV that we use several hours every day) to allow it to break in and then transfer the Revelation to the audio system. The improvement it made in the DVD audio and video was significant enough to keep it in the home theater system. Consequently, I need another one for my audio system. Nice product!
