If you are not satisfied with any new item purchased from the CablePro, that product can be returned for a full refund with 30 days of the original purchase date. We will need a copy of the original invoice in order to process a refund. We will not refund the original cost of shipping, only the cost of the item itself and any taxes that may have been collected on the original purchase. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to CablePro.

This applies only to merchandise purchased directly from CablePro. Any item purchased from one of our dealers is subject to the policies of that company.
